Making CIM reset back to default is very easy in just a few steps:-
1. Shut Down CIM
2. Go to your ATG_ROOT (something like: D:\ATG\ATG11.0)
3. Go into the CIM folder
4. Backup the "data" folder
5. Delete all the contents of "data" folder
6. Go to ATG_HOME\servers (something like: D:\ATG\ATG11.0\home\servers)
7. Delete the servers (if you have created any via cim)
Restart CIM. Voila! Your CIM has been reset!

Nice, it won't delete endeca apps... Right?
ReplyDeleteYes, but when you restart CIM, and re-configure, it would replace the previous Endeca app.
